Amidst the lush green valley of Dehradun, RegentaLP Vilas, managed by Royal Orchid Hotels, is an ode to the bygone era of Rajput and Mughal dynasties, kept alive through awe-inspiring architecture and decor. RegentalLP Villas is one of the most luxurious properties in the city and boasts of the most palatial banquets. It brings royalty to life through its service as well as interior decor and hence the space demanded more style and emotions in the chandeliers. Client’s open brief was one of the most celebrated factor for us in the project. We came up withdifferent styles, detailing , in depth research and analysis around the theme. In the process of providing solutions we learnt and enjoyed the heritage of Rajasthan. We finally designed around 50 chandeliers for the prestigious hotel, which covered three banquet spaces, reception area, pre-function areas, lounge area, restaurant, corporate floor and room floors.

Interior details: The reception area was beautifully done with very rich, Rajasthaniarchitecture inspired intricate work. We designed a lighting installation called Najaara, which is inspired by Jaali, a widely used feature in Rajasthaniarchitecture and then later in Mughal architecture.
